World's Most
Powerful and Efficient Turbocompound Engines
Thermo-Charge is a Ukrainian pre-seed dual-use deep tech startup company built on 20 years of cutting edge research into extreme performance and efficiency turbocompound engine technologies.
Typically over 80% of engine thermal energy is wasted, so we developed technologies with up to 10X the thermal energy recycling power of current turbocompound systems.
The technologies multiply small engine power density and efficiency, while cutting exhaust noise and temperature, multiplying the speed, stealth, range and endurance of aerial drones.
Our goal is to build a World-leading turbocompound engine manufacturing industry in Ukraine to supply Ukrainian and NATO drone manufacturers, and strengthen Ukrainian and NATO defense and industrial capabilities.
Our founders have invested over $1M of their own cash, and have been awarded several research grants in the US and Europe.
We are raising a pre-seed round in 2025 to build and sell our first turbines and engines, develop our team, partners and customers.
We are an estimated 12 months from funding to flight.
We plan to launch in 10-100 kW aerial drone applications, where existing small engines and turbines have very poor efficiency. In time we plan to expand into higher power systems for air, land and sea drones, and defense and commercial generators and vehicles with markets estimated at over $100B.
